Welcome Kristina Thornton!
We’re delighted to announce that we’ve acquired world rights to Kristina Thornton’s fantastic novel FORTY GOING ON NINETEEN, in which a single mother, grappling with turning forty, has a week away to celebrate with a list of ten birthday challenges.
Two best friends. One life-changing week. And a plan to wind the clock back twenty-one years. Debauchery and love await.
Routine-loving, single mother, Louise is grappling with turning forty. But her best friend, Katie has a plan: a week away to celebrate, staying above a pub in Louise’s hometown of Doncaster, in South Yorkshire, England.
Her fun-seeking pal has also organized ten birthday challenges…
Each new task pushes Louise further out of her comfort zone, and thanks to Doncaster being such a tiny, close-knit place, she soon stumbles upon her old flame, Tom. He was going to be the next rugby star, but very similar to her own dreams, it never happened.
Tom’s the same–gorgeous, charming, smug, and a lady’s man–or is he?
