Welcome Amanda Uhl

We're delighted to welcome Award-Winning Author Amanda Uhl to the Harpeth Road family!

Amanda Uhl's The Icing on the Cake, in which a no-nonsense woman must outwit a TV superhero to reclaim her family business before his Hollywood-sized ego and entourage swallow it whole will be published in April 2026.

Amanda Uhl is an award-winning author of humorous, big-city contemporary romance with a small-town heart as well as fast-paced, romantic suspense novels with a paranormal twist. She's won countless awards such as the 2024 Heart Award, 2024 New England Reader's Choice Award, a National Excellence in Storytelling award for 2024, and a first-place gold medal winner of the 2023 Readers' Favorite Book Award. Amanda holds a BFA in Theatre and an MBA in Marketing. When Amanda is not writing, she manages communications and training for a major Fortune 500 company. Amanda is an avid reader and tea connoisseur and lives with her husband and three children in Cleveland, Ohio. When she's not reading or writing, you can find her gathering beach glass on the Lake Erie shoreline or biking in Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
