Harpeth Road Welcomes Debut Author Emma Lynden

Harpeth Road Press is delighted to share the news that Jenny Hale has acquired world rights from debut author Emma Lynden for an utterly charming romantic fiction novel. Harpeth Road plans to publish Emma’s novel in the winter of 2022.

Native New Yorker Verona Scott is battling heartbreak, both personally and professionally. Coming off a disastrous split with her ex, she’s struggling for inspiration to write her next book. And she’s lost without her favorite aunt Theoni—the one who helps her through everything. To avoid this Valentine’s Day completely and get the peace and quiet she needs to refocus and attempt to pen her next novel, Verona plans a holiday detox: a luxurious trip alone to the historic Courtington Castle hotel, near the picturesque and adorably quaint town of Camelot Creek, in the Adirondacks.
