Harpeth Road Re-Signs Lindsay Gibson

Founder Jenny Hale has acquired world rights (including TV and film) to a second novel from up-and-coming romance author Lindsay Gibson.

Fly Away Summer, the second novel from Lindsay, will whisk readers away to the glorious New England coast where they will bask in the brilliance of this heartwarming tale of devotion and family.

One of Cape Cod’s finest chefs, Lana Kelly, keeps tourists and residents alike coming back to her small restaurant, in the tiny seaside village of Bluedale, while caring for her grandfather who has dementia. When the family inn next door that was lost to foreclosure years ago comes back on the market, she launches into her dream of expanding her restaurant to encompass the property. This is the perfect surprise for her grandfather, whose health is failing.

But her vision comes to a screeching halt when the prestigious Graham Property Development along with its head of the project, vice-president and incredibly attractive Hunter Graham, set their sights on the property, with plans to transform the sleepy little inn into a fancy new event venue, complete with a cruise line.
